3.6 Ineligible Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on viiph: individuals under 21 years of age; employees, contractors, or agents of viiph or its affiliated entities; individuals who have been self-excluded from the platform; and individuals who have been permanently banned from the platform for violations of these Terms.
4.1 Account Responsibility. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your viiph account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify viiph immediately via the platform's live chat support. viiph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 Account Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. If your registered mobile number or other contact details change, you must update your account information promptly.
4.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your viiph account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. viiph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, which will be communicated to you in advance.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. viiph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other local payment channels as may be made available from time to time. All payment methods must be registered in your own name.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on viiph is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and may be updated from time to time.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during operating hours. Most withdrawals via GCash and PayMaya are completed within ten (10) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. viiph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Third-Party Payments. viiph strictly prohibits the use of payment methods belonging to third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name, and all withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the viiph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. viiph is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. viiph reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide such documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
